Foundry

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Foundry launchpad interface and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Last updated 11 July 2026 · Please read together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.

1. What Foundry is

Foundry provides a software interface that helps you interact with permissionless, non-custodial smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. Foundry does not operate a securities exchange, broker-dealer, money-services business, or custodian, and does not hold, control, or have access to your trading funds or private keys used to trade. All trades, launches, and fee claims are executed by you against public smart contracts.

2. No investment advice; tokens are not securities offerings

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Tokens launched through Foundry are not offered or sold by Foundry, are not investment contracts or securities offered by Foundry, and carry no promise, expectation, or entitlement to profit, revenue, dividends, or the efforts of any person or team. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for conducting your own research ("DYOR").

3. Eligibility & prohibited jurisdictions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a person or entity subject to sanctions or on any prohibited-party list. You represent that you are not such a person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. User content & token metadata

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including token names, tickers, images, descriptions, and social links ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. You grant Foundry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We may remove, refuse to display, or delist User Content at our discretion, including on-chain metadata surfaced through our interface, without notice — for example where it is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive. Because the underlying tokens exist on a public blockchain, removal from our interface does not remove them from the chain.

6. Fees

Trading on Foundry incurs the on-chain fees described in the docs, split between creators and the protocol treasury per the published schedule. You are responsible for network gas costs. Fee parameters for a given coin are fixed on-chain at launch.

7. No warranty

THE SERVICE AND ALL SMART CONTRACTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service or contracts will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any token will have or retain any value.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDRY AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DATA, OR ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to the protocol in the 30 days before the claim or US$100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foundry and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

10. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorised-access claims. You and Foundry waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The specific arbitral forum, seat, and governing law will be specified here prior to public launch.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
