Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what information the Foundry interface collects and how it is used. Foundry is a non-custodial interface to public blockchain contracts; we collect as little as possible.

1. Information we process
- On-chain data. Wallet addresses, transactions, balances, and token metadata are public on the blockchain. We read and index this data to operate the interface. It is not private and is not "collected" from you by us.
- Interface & technical data. Basic request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) and standard analytics used to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to enforce rate limits.
- User Content. Token names, tickers, images, descriptions, and social links you submit at launch.
We do not custody funds or private keys, and we do not ask for them.
2. How we use it
To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to display launches, charts, and activity; to enforce our Terms and prevent abuse, fraud, and manipulation; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, storage, analytics) that process it on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use minimal cookies and browser local storage necessary to run the interface (for example, session and preference state). You can control these through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
5. Retention
We keep technical logs for a limited period consistent with security and legal needs. On-chain data and public metadata persist on the blockchain independently of us and cannot be deleted by us.
6. Your choices
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain data we hold, subject to limits (we cannot alter the blockchain). Requests can be made through the contact channel on our official site.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended only for users of legal age.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes take effect when posted with an updated date.
